Dear Centenary family,

After meeting with our lay leadership the last two days, we have made the decision to cancel Sunday School and worship this Sunday. All the weather forecasts have been consistent in their prediction that the harsh weather will begin either overnight or Sunday morning... and the predictions are for severe  ice in the morning and then snow in the afternoon.  We considered waiting to make the decision tomorrow, but finally agreed to make the call now.

We are also making this communication through Facebook and our web page.  But we are also asking you to reach out to those that you think might not see this.

As a pastor, I have been one to resist canceling worship, but believe in these circumstances, this is the right thing to do for everyone's safety.
