SUNDAY SCHOOL AT CENTENARY

Our Children's Adult Sunday School classes meet at 9:30 am on Sundays. Classes are not age nor gender specific; all adults are welcome to participate in each class.

Adult classes:

  • Sanctuary Class meets in Room 206.

This class uses a combination of presentation and discussion, occasionally

making use of music and video illustrations. Student books provide a weekly

lesson, suggestions for living out the lessons, and daily scripture readings.

Teachers: Rev. Mark Gibbons and Trisha Hobbs.

  • The “Seekers” class is an open discussion adult class. They welcome singles and couples.  The current age range is 50 to 80+, and their current study is the book of James in the New Testament.

      Teacher: Larry Crouch

  • Friendship class meets in a hybrid manner, gathering in Room 215 and welcoming more people virtually via Zoom.                                                Teachers: Rev. Sandra Murphree and Bonnie Burks Gray

  • A new class meets in the youth building in the room with the ramp entrance. They welcome anyone to come join their excellent discussions and fellowship.  Teacher: Kimberly Aitken
